Robert Keats, president of KeatsConnelly, has been appointed to the Canadian-Arizona Business Council (CABC) advisory board.
The CABC was formed to promote a single mandate: To increase bilateral trade between Canada and Arizona to $5 billion US by 2008. CABC brings together senior players in every industry on both sides of the border. The organization’s networking capability assures “one degree of separation” from the decision makers in any field. These business leaders are the CEOs, presidents, entrepreneurs, and professionals who will achieve that $5 billion trade number.
Since 1976, Keats, who is a dual citizen of the United States and Canada, has been helping clients manage the complexities of US/Canadian cross-border planning when they are considering permanent or seasonal moves across the border. He is also the author of The Border Guide, the definitive guide to cross-border financial planning. Presently in its seventh edition, the book was the number one best seller in Canadian business books in June 2004.
